In short: InviteSweep works entirely in your browser. It doesn't collect, store or share any personal data.

InviteSweep is a Chrome extension that hides connections who already follow a page or already have a pending invitation in LinkedIn's "Invite connections to follow" window. This policy explains what the extension does with data.

What the extension reads

When you open the "Invite connections to follow" window on linkedin.com, InviteSweep reads the list of connections shown there: names, profile links, and whether each person is already invited or already following. It reads this from the page and from LinkedIn's own responses to that page, only in your browser and only to decide which people to hide.

This information stays in your browser's memory while the page is open and is gone when you close or reload it. It is never saved, and never sent anywhere.

What the extension stores

One setting: whether hiding is switched on or off. It is saved in your browser's extension storage and contains no personal information.

What the extension sends

Nothing. InviteSweep has no servers, uses no analytics or tracking, and makes no network requests of its own. It never invites anyone or takes any action on your LinkedIn account on its own. The "Load all" button only clicks LinkedIn's own "Show more" button for you, when you ask it to.

Sharing and selling

InviteSweep does not sell, share or transfer any data to anyone, because it has none to share.

Permissions

• Access to linkedin.com: to read and filter the invite window.
• Storage: to save the on/off setting.
• Scripting: to start working in LinkedIn tabs that were already open when the extension was installed or updated.

This website

This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Like any web server, it keeps standard access logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
